We use business simulations for leadership training because they allow us to step into a big-picture perspective and better understand the complex systems in which we operate. They allow us to understand the interconnectedness, the needs of different stakeholders and the trade-offs we need to consider.

Occasionally we need to take a helicopter perspective, so we can confidently lead our teams through complex territory.
